Switching between delivery views in the My Courses dashboard

Some OpenSesame accounts deliver courses to learners in more than one way. For example, at larger organizations, it might be that one group of learners has access to an integrated learning platform and another group does not.

The My Courses dashboard displays course-administration activities, both historical and scheduled, for courses that have been delivered. It shows information for one type of delivery at a time, so if your account has delivered courses in multiple ways, you may want to check more than one view.

To get started, log in to your OpenSesame administrator account. Once logged in, hover over the account name at top right and select Courses from the menu:

This will navigate to the My Courses dashboard, which will look similar to this:

Note: If your account has used an earlier OpenSesame integration, you may see the legacy Courses dashboard instead. In that case, please see this article on switching between the two.

The current delivery view can be identified by the title near the top. In this example, the default view shows courses delivered to OpenSesame CourseCloud:

To switch the view to see any courses delivered in another way, click the arrow to the right of the current view, which will reveal any other available views, and select a different one. In this example, the account has downloaded course files in addition to using CourseCloud:

Note: If courses have only been delivered in one way, the default view will be the sole option. If courses are delivered in another way later, a corresponding view option will appear.

Selecting the Downloaded view updates the My Courses dashboard with information about courses that have been downloaded:

While this example account has delivered courses in two ways, the view options for each account will depend on its unique delivery history.

• Quick Launch (only available in accounts configured for Single Sign-On launches)
