To update your account details, which can be seen by fellow Learning Admins in your organization, click the menu and select Profile:
This leads to the Edit Profile page:
Here you can update the following account details:
You’ll also notice an Update profile button. If you make any changes, click it to save them:
Adding or updating your profile picture
An area for a profile picture follows your email address. If you haven’t yet added one, the Current picture field will say “none” and a placeholder image will appear by your account name:
To add an image, select the Files icon or the New Picture box to open a selection menu, or drag a JPG or PNG file to the box:
Note: While GIF files can be uploaded, they will not be animated.
There will be a pause as the image uploads and is automatically cropped and resized to 100x100 pixels. Save the change to update your profile image:
A Delete picture toggle will follow the Current picture field. To clear your profile image, select it and save:
Or you can simply upload a new image and click Update profile:
Adding a new file will automatically replace and remove the earlier one, since only one profile image can be saved at a time.
Updating your name
The only requirement for the First name and Last name fields is that they cannot be blank. Click the fields to change them, and click Update profile to save your changes:
Updating your region and time zone
The final section allows you to set your city, country, and time zone. It is not necessary to set a location, however. If one is not set, the time zone will default to Pacific Time:
