If at any point you forget your password, visit the CourseCloud login page and click the Forgot your password? link:
This will lead to a forgotten-password page. Enter the email address associated with your CourseCloud account, double-check it for any typos, and click Send:
If the address you entered is associated with a CourseCloud account, an email with a password reset link will be sent to it. (The link will expire in 30 minutes.) You will see a confirmation message appear above new login fields:
Next, please check your email inbox. An automated message containing a unique password reset link should soon appear, and it will look similar to this:
Note: If this email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it does not appear there either, please contact us.
Again, your password reset link will expire 30 minutes after you request it. If that happens before you can use it, simply follow the above steps again.
Click your link to reach this page:
Enter a new password, confirm it, and click Update Password. If the new password meets the stated requirements, you will be logged in and see a message confirming the change was successful:
With that, your new password is now active!
