How to allow Autoplay in Firefox

In the Firefox browser, Autoplay is enabled by default. When it’s turned off, some courses get stuck on the OpenSesame loading screen.

To enable Autoplay:

Desktop devices

1. In Firefox, open the menu and select Settings.
2. Go to Privacy & Security > Permissions, find Autoplay, and click Settings.
3. Set the default to “Allow Audio and Video,” then select Save Changes.

Mobile devices

1. In the Firefox app, open the menu and select Settings.
2. Go to General > Browsing > Autoplay.
3. Select “Allow Audio and Video.”
