Note: Clearing your browser cache will log you out of most sites.
If a course isn't loading as expected and the problem is rooted in the browser cache, clearing the cache should resolve it.
What's a cache? Web browsers remember parts of a web page—such as text and images—to load them faster if you revisit the page. This information is saved in the cache. It can sometimes prevent course elements from loading completely or updating.
Clearing the cache forces the browser to load everything fresh.
