How do I unpause a PPU license?

When there is a price change made to a pay per use license it will be automatically paused until the administrator goes in to accept the change. New learners will not be able to access this course until it has been unpaused. Users who were in progress prior to the pause will still be able to complete.

To unpause the license, first, click on the Pay Per Use (PPU) tab on your dashboard.

Next, you'll want to select the "Course" option

Here, you can either search for the name of a specific course you would like to unpause. After you find the course you're looking for you can click the "unpause" button to the right of the paused course's name.

You can also search for the keyword "paused" to see all paused courses on the dashboard.

From here, you can either unpause courses individually by clicking the "unpause" button next to each course or by selecting all courses by using the icon next to "course title". This will select all of the courses on this list. You can then make changes their status by clicking the "actions" icon on the right.

After you unpause a course, you'll be taken to a confirmation screen.

Click "confirm" to unpause the license! That's it!
