Note: If you access your account through a legacy OpenSesame integration and do not log in to www.opensesame.com, contact support@opensesame.com for assistance with notifications.
You may receive occasional automated emails related to your OpenSesame account, such as when:
- A course that was delivered to learners becomes scheduled to retire
- A course update becomes available for your Volume or Pay Per Use licenses
These messages are sent from info@opensesame.com to the email address on file.
If you manage your organization’s account as part of a team, you may want certain colleagues to receive these emails as well. This can be done in two ways:
- Use the Team dashboard to add other administrators, who are automatically opted in to notifications.
- Add email addresses to your account's Notification List by following these steps.
Log in to OpenSesame. Open the account menu and select Account Settings.
Find the Notification List.
Enter the email address(es) that should receive notifications. If there are multiple addresses, separate them with commas and without spaces.
Select Save Profile.
The recipients will then receive the same automated messages as the account’s primary email address. As described in the OpenSesame System Requirements, emails from OpenSesame must be allowed through firewall and spam filters.
To remove someone, remove their email address from this field and select Save Profile. If that person is also an Admin in your account's Team, however, they will continue to receive notifications.
For help, contact OpenSesame Support at support@opensesame.com, use live chat, or call (503) 808-1268, ext. 2 (U.S.) or +44 203 744 5541 (Europe).
