You can cancel your account at any time. If you have a recurring OpenSesame Plus subscription, cancel at least a day or two before your next billing cycle to avoid the next automated charge.
Canceling removes:
- The ability to log in to OpenSesame
- Access to courses and activity reporting tied to your account
- Any course progress
If you want to save your data prior to canceling—or if we can help resolve any issues you've been experiencing—please contact us at support@opensesame.com.
If you've already saved the information you need, log in to OpenSesame and select Account Settings from the menu:
Scroll to the bottom and click the Cancel Account button:
This leads to a confirmation page. Confirming the request will then cancel your account and any recurring OpenSesame Plus subscription order.
