Selecting courses

If I have several courses that I want to select for a topic, how can I select ALL?    Right now I have over 100 courses for a topic and when I select ALL, if only give me those on the page.   I then have to go to the next page and choose select ALL again.    This could take a while with hundreds of courses.    Is there a simpler way?
