Evaluating new elearning course publishers and enhancing the user experience of the OpenSesame platform are critical parts of our process to ensure we’re providing you with relevant, world-class training to help you develop your workforce.
That’s why we’re inviting OpenSesame customers to influence our course and product roadmaps by participating in the OpenSesame Customer Feedback Group.
What’s involved in participating in the Customer Feedback Group:
Selected customers will be added to a private forum on OpenSesame’s online community where you will be asked to watch and rate short course demos, review new product features, and provide input on other potential enhancements to the OpenSesame platform.
We estimate the time commitment to participate in the Customer Feedback Group will be about 1 hour/month (with the opportunity for more if desired).
