Want to participate in the User Community but don’t know where to start? Here’s a quick guide to begin posting and commenting.
If you’d like to make a new post, click on the topic you’d like to discuss. In this example, let’s check out “Looking for elearning recommendations”:
Once we’re in this topic, we can view all the other posts that have been made. If you don’t see anything related to what you’d like to discuss, you can click on “New post” in the upper right-hand corner.
You’ll need to be logged into OpenSesame.com in order to post. After you’ve successfully logged in, you will be taken to a page to create your post.
Add a title to your post that describes what you’d like to discuss. Then, add all the relevant information about your question to the “Details” section. Try to be as specific as possible in what you’re asking so the community can accurately respond. Once you’re done, click “Submit”. You’re post will be added to the community.
You can also comment on any posts that others have made. Scroll to the bottom of their post. There, you’ll see an option to add a comment:
When you’re finished writing your comment, click “Submit”:
