CourseCloud Departments overview

Note: The below describes our limited-access content delivery platform for early adopters. If you are not an early adopter, please see the section on CourseCloud Legacy.

Departments allow you to reflect your organization’s hierarchy in CourseCloud. This enables you to target various groups of learners—and take bulk actions—when managing training for specific teams.

Departments enhance the following features:

• Assigning or unassigning courses in bulk
• Assigning or unassigning Learning Paths in bulk
• Pulling activity reports for specific teams

If needed, you can also add any given learner to multiple Departments.

To get started, create a Department hierarchy.
