Confirm learner requirements for CourseCloud
Each of your learners will need their own email address, as well as access to a device with a web browser. Their email service will also need to allow messages from our system (email@example.com).
If each of your learners’ email addresses use a company domain (firstname.lastname@example.org), please confirm with your IT team that emails from email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org will be allowed past any firewalls or spam filters.
Set the stage for a successful rollout
In CourseCloud, when you assign a course to a learner they immediately receive an email invitation and gain access to the training.
For an optimal learner experience, before launching your training program, we recommend selecting which courses best suit your audience, confirming that minimum system requirements are met, and then testing the courses out. We also offer time-saving tools to help you promote this training to your learners.
Once you’ve confirmed that CourseCloud is the delivery option for you and that learner requirements are met, the next step is to select courses from the Curated Lists.
