In this phase, develop the heart of your training program by curating content for your learners. These tools and tips can guide your course selection process, no matter how you plan to deliver courses to your audience.

1. Discover and choose courses.
   
   • Explore our catalog. Use recommendations and search filters to tailor the results to your learners. For more information, see How to use our course catalog’s search tools.
   • Create Smart Lists. Use machine learning to get instant, on-demand suggestions for courses aligned with your organization’s needs. For more information, see How to use Smart Lists.
   • Use Curated Lists. Our content experts build learning paths on popular subjects for your convenience. Curated Lists are public, so can be viewed without logging in. (If you make a copy, it will be private.) For more information, see How to use Curated Lists.
2. Fine-tune your selections.
   
   • Organize your picks. Use List tools to group courses, rearrange them, add more, or remove them from your List.
   • Collaborate and review. Share a List with stakeholders to collect feedback, and preview a course by clicking its demo icon. For more information, see How to collaborate on Lists.
