Create an account on www.opensesame.com

To create an OpenSesame account, visit www.opensesame.com and click Login:

This opens a sign-in page in a new tab. Click the Don’t Have an Account? Register Now link:

Registration options appear:

There are two ways to register for an OpenSesame account. The one you choose determines how you log in, and you can't switch between login methods.

1. Connect an existing Google account and always use that to log in.
2. Enter your email address and create a password, then always use them to log in.

Passwords must use:

• • Between 8 and 128 characters
  • Uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 of the following symbols: `~!@#$%^&*()_+=-|}{

Next, indicate whether you are an administrator or a learner:

• If you manage learning for your organization, select “learning professional.”
• If you will take courses yourself, select “lifelong learner.” 

Click Continue. 

Next, add basic details about your name and organization:

Finally, click Complete.

There is a brief pause as your account is created, then a new page appears:

From here, you can use the Catalog link or search bar to browse courses, or open your account menu in the navigation bar to explore your new dashboard.
