If your course plays but does not validate:
- Go back and verify the completion settings in your development tool and make sure you completed the steps. Sometimes, rapid development tools can get out of sync with courses. For example, tools can lose track of the slide count if slides are added or deleted. To fix these kinds of bugs, reset the completion settings and republish the course.
- If you are not using a rapid development tool, double-check your code to ensure links are correct and variables are updated properly.
If your course does not play:
- Are you seeing a blank screen, or does the course simply stop functioning? Typically this is due to a file that can't be loaded due to a broken link. To fix the problem, make sure all assets are being loaded with relative URL's.
- Advanced users can use plug-ins like Firebug to look behind the scenes for broken links.
